* The Vacation rentals "Roma" and Vacation rentals "Venezia" can be united through an internal door so as to create a bigger living unit: Vacation rentals "Italy".

The vacation rentals are surrounded by a green with flower-beds and various plants and trees.

Available in every vacation rentals:

The vacation rentals have been carefully renovated and refurbished with taste. In the vacation rentals there are hot water and central gas heating facilities, satellite TV sets, ironing facilities.
The kitchen (or open plan kitchen) is equipped with 4 gas-fires, electric oven, hood, dish-washer, fridge with freezer.
The sofa-beds are available as extra-beds (to be paid in advance).
Highchairs and cots are supplied on request if available.

For all guests of the vacation rentals:

A brickwork barbecue grill.
Two washing machines.
Swimming pool sized 15 X 7 mt, depth from 1,10 to 1,40 mt., open from mid-May to the end of September.
Around the swimming pool: terraces and green with deck-chairs and garden umbrellas. Outdoor cold shower.

We accept only well-behaved small-size pets in our vacation rentals, with an extra-charge (to be paid in advance).
