The farmhouse now consists of one detached villa, five terraced apartments and a swimming pool. The holiday homes are surrounded by four hectares of land, mostly occupied by an oak wood, where guests will enjoy a magnificent view while appreciating its peacefulness and fragrances.
These features, combined with the mildness of the Tuscany's climate, will surprise you with a different landscape in every season. That’s the reason why we decided to make the HOLIDAY HOME AVAILABLE FOR RENT THROUGHOUT ALL THE YEAR.

A haven of peace and quiet, ideal for those who love spending their holiday in complete relax or for a romantic holiday and who wish to be conquered by the colours, the perfumes and the flavours of Tuscany, a land beloved and made immortal by painters, poets and musicians.
Everywhere, not far from our holiday homes, the more curious and interested travellers will find chances of practicing their favourite activities: walking, cycling or horse-riding, adding to the entertainment the pleasure of learning new things.
The gourmet tourists will discover here (see RESTAURANT IN AGREEMENT or HELPFUL COOK) many famous dishes of Tuscany's cuisine, simple, genuine and tasty ( T-bone Florentine steak, fresh home-made pasta with hare sauce, roast chine of pork, boiled beans with tomato sauce, pieces of pig’s liver cooked on the spit, vegetable soup with Tuscany black cabbage, vegetable soup with bread “iolite” and many others), all of them derived from ancient farmhouse recipes, all of them seasoned with an extraordinary extra-virgin olive oil of local production. Furthermore, the names themselves of these places will remind you that Tuscany is the land of wines worldwide renown, such as the red Chianti wine, the red wine Brunello di Montalcino and the Valdichiana white wine. Short daily drives (less than 1 hour by car each) will easily bring you to these famous cities of Tuscany, as well as to many other places, maybe less known but equally charming, such as Lucignano, Poppi, Sant'Antimo, Monte Oliveto Maggiore, San Galgano, Bagno Vignoni, Rapolano with its hot springs and many other little centres that will always give you the pleasure of discovering a small museum or rare and precious monuments and art exhibits.
During your travel you will discover new, charming and ever-changing Tuscany landscapes, alternating from green woods to vineyards and olive-groves stretched out on gentle hills, from a countryside cultivated with refined ability to art towns, medieval centres, farmhouses and villas ( renovated for private use or as farm holiday properties ), where nature, culture and history are beautifully melted and integrated.
