Short-term rental bookings
of the holiday homes "CHIANTI FARMHOUSE"
Usually, the duration of the stay corresponds to one ore more weeks, from Saturday to Saturday.Nevertheless, only within the homes availability’s limits and considering possible longer bookings, "CHIANTI FARMHOUSE" reserves with full discretionary power to rent the homes for any time required by the Client.

Booking can be made anytime. "CHIANTI FARMHOUSE", always with full discretionary power, having considered priorities and duration of the bookings already received, will inform the Client about the acceptance of his/her requests within the five working days preceding the twentieth day from the start of the stay.
The Client shall give his final confirmation by sending the entire due amount within the two days following the Management’s answer, failing which, any mutual commitment will be considered as void.
Prices differ depending on the rental days required, as reported here below.
