Rental prices
of the holiday homes "CHIANTI FARMHOUSE"

The rental price is expressed in Euro and it is meant for a weekly let per unit, not including prices shown on page Short-term bookings

The prices include:

• Final cleaning.
• Weekly change of kitchen linen, bed linen and towels.
• Dishes, kitchen and cleaning accessories, garden furniture.
• Baby cot on request if available (please ask for it when booking).Cot linen and blankets included.
• High chair on request if available (please ask for it when booking).

Payments in advance, to be added to the rental price:

• Sofa-bed: €50 extra-charge per week per person.
• Small-size pets: €50 per pet per stay.

To be paid directly to the Management of the holiday homes:

• Electricity charges, cost €0,35 per Kwh
• Gas heating charges, cost €1.50 per cm
• Firewood charges, cost €25 per 100 kg
• Unforeseen extra-charges specifically required by the Client.
