How to pay

A deposit (30% of the entire amount of the rental fee) shall be paid within 7 days after receiving our confirmation.
You will receive an e-mail message confirming the receipt of your payment, together with the Booking conditions (PDF format*) to be printed, signed and returned upon check-in.

The balance shall be paid within 40 days before the start of the rental.

If the booking is made during the 40 days preceding the start of the rental, the entire amount shall be paid within 2 days after receiving our confirmation.

In order to speed up the procedure, you are kindly requested to send a copy of the payment’s receipt by fax or e-mail as soon as it’s made.

After receiving the balance we will send you by e-mail your Voucher (PDF format*), to be printed and shown to the Management, together with your personal papers, upon check-in.

Deposit and balance can be paid through:

Bank transfer
Non-negotiable bank cheque (it will be accepted under reserve)
Postal telegraphic money order

* You can read PDF files through Adobe Acrobat Reader, unloadable free of charge from website www.adobe.it. In case of problems in receiving, reading or printing these documents, please advise us immediately and we will send them to you by ordinary mail.
